Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for a Design Technology Teacher to inspire students in an innovative and collaborative department, nurturing their technical and creative skills.
Key Duties
- Teach DT across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
- Specialism in Resistant Materials, Graphics, or Product Design preferred.
- Prepare engaging, project-based lessons focused on design principles, problem-solving, and manufacturing techniques.
- Encourage safe use of workshop tools and equipment.
Requirements
- QTS or equivalent.
- Specialism in Design Technology or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures in practical environments.
