About the Role:

Are you a passionate and adaptable primary teacher or secondary teacher looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team, working across primary and secondary schools local to you. This role is perfect for experienced educators and newly qualified teachers who want to make a positive impact on students' learning while enjoying the flexibility of supply teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students and ensure continuity of learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback where necessary.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support the overall educational experience of students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to providing high quality education and support to students.
