As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of regular teaching staff, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover Supervision:
- Assume responsibility for supervising classes during the short-term absence of regular teaching staff.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and materials, maintaining continuity in students' learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Student Engagement and Support:
- Engage students in the learning process, providing assistance and support as needed.
