Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Ensure a positive learning environment and maintain classroom discipline
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
- Manage behaviour effectively, following the school's behaviour policy
- Provide support to students where necessary and ensure a calm, productive atmosphere
- Report back to the teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
- Support the school's ethos and values

About You:
- A passion for working with young people and a desire to make a difference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good classroom management abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Must hold a valid DBS or be willing to undergo a DBS check
