Cover Supervisor - Full Time Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support a dynamic and growing secondary school in Stalham. This role is essential in maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted learning environment during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise entire classes in the absence of teachers, delivering instructions and maintaining focus on the lesson as outlined by the teacher.
- Ensure students remain on task and manage classroom behavior to uphold the school's high standards of discipline and order.
- Provide additional support to teachers by assisting other groups or classes when not covering absences.
Organisational Structure:
- Reporting directly to a designated member of the Leadership Team and working under the guidance of class teachers when supervising lessons.
- Opportunities to work closely with specific departments, enhancing continuity of education during teacher absences and building familiarity with the curriculum and students.
