Class Teacher- Primary

Dunbar Education are seeking a talented and dedicated Primary Teacher to join one of our fantastic Primary Schools in Stevenage.

The Role

We are currently looking for a qualified teacher to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop existing experience or to work with Special Educational Needs (SEN) for the first time. Previous experience in this area is not essential; however, an interest in working with pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties is crucial. Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly invited.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and support pupils that aline with the curriculum.
  • Develop individualised learning plans tailored to each pupil's needs.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive support for all pupils.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Interest in working with pupils with learning difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
