The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Class Teacher to join the team. ECT welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality teaching to a primary class, fostering a positive learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
- Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to motivate and inspire pupils.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Uphold and promote the school's values and ethos.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ECT welcome.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential for NQTs.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
