Role Overview:
The Business Studies Supply Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students from KS3 to KS5. The role includes preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall educational experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level, preferably across KS3 to KS5.
- Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and best teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
