Job Description: As a 1-1 Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional assistance in managing their behaviour and emotional well-being. You will work with individual students, offering personalised guidance and intervention to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing behaviour management plans tailored to each student's needs.
