We’re looking for a new Trainee IT Lecturer to join our school in Somerset, with a start date of TBC. This Permanent position offers great potential for growth and impact.
Setting: Sixth Form
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
- Strong classroom management and engagement skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
- Ability to differentiate lessons to support diverse learners
- Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
- Organized and reflective approach to lesson planning
- Adaptability to meet changing classroom needs and challenges
- Positive and supportive behaviour management strategies
- Passion for inspiring students and fostering curiosity
