About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative team in a primary school in Luton. This fixed-term planning role focuses on lesson preparation and curriculum development, working closely with the Year 4 team to ensure engaging and high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Plan and prepare engaging and effective lessons as part of the Year 4 team
🔹 Work closely with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality learning experience
🔹 Support the academic and personal development of Year 4 pupils
🔹 Contribute to the school’s curriculum planning to enhance pupil progress

Requirements

🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
📖 Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly literacy and numeracy
🌟 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
📝 Passion for curriculum planning and ensuring high-quality education
📢 Strong communication skills to liaise with colleagues and contribute to school life
🔎 Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and provide two years of references
