We’re looking for a new Trainee IT Lecturer to join our school in Somerset, with a start date of TBC. This Permanent position offers great potential for growth and impact.

Setting: Sixth Form

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
• Strong classroom management and engagement skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
• Ability to differentiate lessons to support diverse learners
• Effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues
• Organized and reflective approach to lesson planning
• Adaptability to meet changing classroom needs and challenges
• Positive and supportive behaviour management strategies
• Passion for inspiring students and fostering curiosity
