​Our aim is to help our partner schools to find the right teachers and support staff on a daily, long term and permanent basis.

The Secondary Team

Our Secondary team works with mainstream schools across KS3, KS4, and KS5, in recruiting the highest quality teaching and support staff. We understand that every school is different and work closely with our partner schools to understand exactly what the needs are for their school.

The team recruit from Support Staff through to SLT, and for positions ranging from daily cover through to permanent positions.

Compliance:

We are registered members of the Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC) and follow the strictest of compliance procedures, outlined by both the REC Education and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines.

• Enhanced DBS Certificate through Dunbar Education or on Update Service
• Overseas Police Checks
• Identity checks
• Prohibition and sanction checks
• Referencing
• Proof of address check
• Change of name check
• Qualification check
• Right to Work check
• Medical fitness to work check

For all direct placements where Dunbar Education acts as the employment agency(2), we will carry out the below checks:

• Overseas Police Checks
• Identity checks
• Prohibition and sanction checks
• Referencing
• Qualification check
• Right to Work check
