When she’s not matching top talent with great schools, Sophie’s usually enjoying time with her friends, family, and her adorable rescue dog, Mina. She’s also a dedicated volunteer, helping a rescue centre in Macedonia find loving UK homes for dogs just like her own. If there’s good food, great wine, or a fun day out involved, she’s all in!

I really enjoy building relationships with different people. I like supporting schools and working closely with them, to help resolve their staffing issues, whilst finding candidates their dream role or perfect school. Recruitment itself – I love the buzz, how fast-paced it is and that it is always changing!

In another life, I’m pretty sure I was running a beach bar somewhere tropical!
