With 10 years in recruitment across education, healthcare, tech, and internal hiring, Sophie’s true specialism shines in education, where she’s spent the last 7 years managing everything from permanent placements to daily supply with skill and energy. When she’s not matching top talent with great schools, Sophie’s usually enjoying time with her friends, family, and her adorable rescue dog, Mina. She’s also a dedicated volunteer, helping a rescue centre in Macedonia find loving UK homes for dogs just like her own. If there’s good food, great wine, or a fun day out involved, she’s all in!

What do you enjoy about your role?
I really enjoy building relationships with different people. I like supporting schools and working closely with them, to help resolve their staffing issues, whilst finding candidates their dream role or perfect school. Recruitment itself – I love the buzz, how fast-paced it is and that it is always changing!

What would your superpower be?
To be invisible – I am nosey!
If you won the lottery, what would you do?
I’d buy a super yacht and take all my favourite people and my dog away with me to explore.
