About Olivia
Since joining the team in 2022, Olivia has grown into a key figure behind the scenes, keeping everything organised, efficient, and running like clock-work, as our Finance and Office Manager.
With a background in both banking and retail, Olivia has a keen eye for detail and is highly organised in everything she does. Her willingness, adaptability, and drive have made her an integral part of the team’s success.
Outside the office, as well as being a keen baker, Olivia loves to travel – she’s just as likely to be whipping up sweet treats as she is hopping on a plane to her next adventure! When she’s not creating delicious bakes or jetting off to new destinations, Olivia can be found playing sports, checking out the latest food spots, or enjoying the latest film at the cinema!

What do you like most about working in recruitment?
The thing I like best is the fast-paced, ever-changing environment – no two days are the same, and I love that! Also, being able to help candidates in their teaching journey is a really satisfying feeling.
If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
If I were a superhero, my superpower would be to have healing abilities.
If you were an animal, what would it be?
In another life, I think I would be a dog – I love my sleep!

What would you do if you won the lottery?
If I won the lottery tomorrow, I’d go traveling to as many places as the money would take me.
