About James
James brings six years of experience in education recruitment, working closely with schools, nurseries, and education professionals to match the right people with the right roles. His background as a UKS2 teacher in both the UK and Qatar, gives him a strong understanding of the education sector and the needs of both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, James is often found in the gym, out on the golf course, or unwinding at the 19th hole. He recently beat the 12,500/1 odds and hit a hole-in-one not long ago. James got engaged in Thailand over the summer, but after 6 years, the odds of this happening were much lower!

I love the buzz of finding the perfect fit, placing candidates in settings where they can truly thrive. I'm passionate about building strong relationships and take pride in the positive impact that great placements can have on individuals and schools alike.

To read the minds of the Senior Leadership Teams in our schools.
If you won the lottery, what would you do?
I’d stare at the 4 walls in my house in complete disbelief, then buy a 1st class ticket on holiday.
