About Chanta
Chanta-Lee brings a strong compliance and administrative background to Dunbar Education, with experience across recruitment, litigation resourcing, and compliance coordination. Having worked across both UK and international markets, she has developed a detailed understanding of compliance processes and the importance of accuracy within education recruitment.
Her previous roles as a Compliance Officer and Senior Compliance Coordinator mean she is highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple processes simultaneously, ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready for placement.
Outside of work, Chanta-Lee enjoys staying social and active, bringing a positive and personable approach to both her team and the candidates she supports.
