About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a progressive school in the South East of England. You will inspire and guide pupils through their crucial primary years, fostering a love for learning and academic excellence. The school offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and fellow colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
* Communicate proactively and positively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and well-being.
* Contribute to the broader life of the school community, upholding its values and ethos.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are passionate about primary education.
* You possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
* Experience across KS2 is highly desirable, or you are an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to make an impact.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Your communication skills are outstanding, allowing you to connect with pupils, parents, and colleagues alike.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a dynamic educational environment.
