A well-established primary school, situated in the attractive Buckinghamshire region, is seeking a committed Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to enhance its supportive team. This significant role, offering an immediate start and a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, involves providing essential classroom assistance across various age groups. You will work within a mainstream setting, contributing to a positive learning environment for all pupils. A key aspect of this position includes delivering tailored support to children with special educational needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Provide tailored individual or small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and learning resources.
* Help to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment, managing classroom behaviour constructively.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing feedback to the class teacher.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development, fostering their independence and confidence.
