Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, adapting to diverse learning styles.
* Implement personalised learning plans, ensuring all students access the curriculum effectively.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and external professionals to enhance pupil outcomes.
* Proactively manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours, promoting positive interactions.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing valuable insights to reviews.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, preferably within a primary mainstream setting.
* Show a genuine passion for making a tangible difference in young lives.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in responding to evolving educational requirements.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in SEN support.
* Be proactive and resourceful, thriving in a dynamic educational environment.
