This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school immediately. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage classrooms and ensure continuity of learning across various subjects. This varied role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, providing an excellent daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively according to school policy.
* Deliver pre-set work across a range of subjects to secondary pupils.
* Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
* Promote engagement and participation in lessons.
* Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff member.
About You
* Proven experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to manage a classroom with confidence and authority is required.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to daily challenges will be highly valued.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
