This role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 to £160, providing excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons to pupils across key stages, following provided plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils remain on task and are supported in their learning.
* Uphold the school's high standards for teaching and pupil welfare.
* Liaise appropriately with departmental staff regarding pupil progress and any concerns.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach.
* Exhibit a passion for fostering pupil development and engagement.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in diverse educational settings.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS check registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Be available to start work promptly in the Newham area.
