About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join the thriving Science department at a exceptional school in the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to secure a long-term, permanent contract starting in September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire a love for physics across the secondary phase, contributing significantly to our students' academic success and personal development within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons across all key stages within the secondary curriculum.
* Develop and implement a stimulating science curriculum that sparks curiosity and encourages critical thinking.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated.
* Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, participating in departmental meetings and enrichment activities.
* Uphold the school's high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Possess a deep passion for Physics and a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
* Be adept at differentiating lessons to cater for diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to student welfare.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a vibrant departmental culture.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced colleagues (MPS/UPS).
