About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive school located in North London, offering an immediate start. This vital role involves supporting the development and learning of young children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering their curiosity and growth within a vibrant primary environment. You will play a crucial part in creating engaging educational experiences, with opportunities for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide engaging support to children during their early learning journey.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of stimulating classroom activities.
* Cultivate a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Facilitate small group work and offer one-to-one assistance to children as needed.
* Champion positive behaviour management strategies and encourage pupil participation.
* Contribute to the comprehensive development of children, including those with additional needs.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Demonstrable experience supporting children within an Early Years setting is essential.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to interact effectively with children, staff, and parents.
