This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated individual to join an innovative school, based in Buckinghamshire, as an Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistant. You will play a crucial role in nurturing the development of our youngest learners within a vibrant primary environment. This position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent placement, starting as soon as possible. Your commitment will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting the vital support you provide to early years education.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the class teacher with the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities.
* Providing tailored support to individual children or small groups, fostering their early development.
* Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Supporting children with special educational needs, adapting approaches to meet diverse requirements.
* Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach.
* Observing and accurately documenting children's progress and achievements, sharing insights with staff.
About You
* Possess relevant experience working with Early Years Foundation Stage children.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
* Have the ability to work flexibly and adaptably within a dynamic primary setting.
* Show a proactive and patient approach to supporting young learners' needs.
