Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Provide effective cover for class teachers during their PPA time, upholding high standards of teaching.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with year group teams and the wider school staff to support pupil development.
• Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in primary education.
• Possess a proven ability to teach effectively across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• Be highly adaptable, organised, and able to transition seamlessly between different age groups and subjects.
• Show a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a love for learning.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
