About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a well-established school community. This rewarding opportunity involves nurturing the youngest learners through their vital Early Years Foundation Stage journey, fostering a love of learning from the very beginning of a child's education. The school is open to applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, with a start date as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver an inspiring and creative Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
* Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
* Foster strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil well-being.
* Actively contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on this journey.
* Possess a genuine passion for early childhood development and an understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions.
* Be committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for every child.
* Exhibit strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to teaching.
* Have a collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a dedicated team.
