Key Responsibilities
• Deliver inspiring and challenging lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues to enhance the wider school community.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding pupil development.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an engaging primary curriculum.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and the development of young learners.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire children.
• Be adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a dynamic educational setting.
• Committed to continuous professional development and personal growth, regardless of your career stage (ECT, MPS, or UPS).
• Open to various contract options, from daily supply to permanent, and available to start ASAP.
