Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work and lesson materials.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and attainment effectively.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Science curriculum.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to complete your induction.
* Hold a degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and best practice.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
