Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and engaging Science lessons across key stages, stimulating curiosity and critical thinking.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive schemes of work that align with the curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every student feels empowered to learn.
* Actively contribute to the development and implementation of departmental initiatives and school-wide objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing best practices to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in a Science discipline.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), an experienced Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or an Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
* Show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth within the teaching profession.
* Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students, parents, and staff.
