About the Role
A dedicated school in Essex is seeking an inspiring SEN Class Teacher to join their primary phase immediately. This vital role involves leading a small group of pupils, each with an Education, Health and Care Plan, within a nurturing and specialist environment. You will be responsible for creatively adapting the national curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, collaborating closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support. We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, offering competitive daily rates between £150 and £250.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs.
* Cultivate a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere for primary pupils.
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and therapists.
* Regularly assess pupil progress and contribute insights to EHCP review meetings.
* Maintain open and constructive communication channels with parents and carers.
* Implement a range of specialist teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a passion for special educational needs education within a primary setting.
* Skilled in adapting and delivering the national curriculum to pupils with EHCPs.
* Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child thrives.
