Key Responsibilities

* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute actively to the wider life and ethos of the school community.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning space.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring and nurturing Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an orderly learning environment.
* Be adept at planning creative and differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
* Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute to team success.
