Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning and development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding pupil welfare and academic progress.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in your care, adhering to school policies.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Be a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to school life.
