A respected school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary setting, offering an exceptional opportunity to support the crucial early development of children. Key Responsibilities
• Provide essential support to EYFS children across all areas of the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment conducive to early years development.
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and social interaction among pupils.
• Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Contribute to observations and assessments, providing valuable feedback on pupil progress and well-being.

• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and supporting young children's growth.
• Have relevant experience working within an EYFS setting, understanding its unique demands.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, staff, and parents.
