Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to maintain a productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-set work across a diverse range of subjects to students of varying abilities.
* Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, encouraging student engagement.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under supervision.
* Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding lesson progress and student issues.
* Adapt quickly to different lesson plans and classroom settings throughout the school day.

* Possess strong classroom management skills and a confident approach.
