About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teacher to join a innovative school, providing crucial cover across a diverse range of subjects within their vibrant secondary environment. This rewarding role offers immediate starts and flexible contract options, including daily, short-term, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities, all situated within welcoming schools across the Bishops Stortford area of Hertfordshire. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and fostering a positive learning atmosphere for pupils, earning between £145 - £160 per day for your valuable contributions.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons effectively to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour robustly, ensuring a productive learning environment.
* Support pupils with varying abilities, promoting their engagement and understanding.
* Collaborate with school staff, upholding school policies and procedures.
* Adapt quickly to new school settings and different subject areas with professionalism.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a calm demeanour.
* You are highly adaptable, thriving in new environments and challenges.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with both pupils and colleagues.
* You are passionate about secondary education and pupil development.
* You hold a valid DBS certificate or are willing to apply for one.
