About the Role
A well-established school in a vibrant community in the West Midlands is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive primary team. This vital role involves assisting with general classroom duties and providing crucial SEN support across various capacities, with opportunities for long-term, daily supply, short-term, and even permanent contracts available starting as soon as possible. You will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct classroom support to pupils, individually or in small groups, to enhance their learning.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays, contributing to an engaging space.
* Offer targeted support to children with Special Educational Needs, fostering their inclusion and progress.
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and other staff members on lesson delivery and pupil welfare.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's educational journey and development.
* Experience working within a primary school setting is highly advantageous for this role.
* Demonstrable understanding and experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is essential.
* An ability to adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs with ease defines your approach.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
* A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere is fundamental to your professional ethos.
