We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a network of exceptional primary specialist educational environments across the South East, offering immediate opportunities for daily and short-term assignments. This fulfilling role involves working within primary phase settings specifically designed for pupils with Special Educational Needs, providing invaluable support and continuity. Positions are available for an ASAP start, with remuneration paid to scale, reflecting your experience and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
* Implement individualised educational plans (IEPs) and adjust teaching methodologies to support specific learning objectives.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and encouraged.
* Manage pupil behaviour effectively, employing appropriate strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants, support staff, and fellow educators to uphold high standards of pupil care.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate observations clearly to relevant school staff.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong commitment to inclusive education.
* You bring demonstrable experience of teaching primary-aged pupils with various Special Educational Needs.
* Your understanding of effective SEN strategies and best practices is comprehensive.
