Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting achievements and identifying next steps.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's learning journeys and developmental milestones.
• Implement robust safeguarding practices to ensure the welfare and safety of all children.
About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are passionate about early years education.
• You have proven experience teaching within a Reception class or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
• You exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children, staff, and families.
• You are committed to fostering a positive learning culture and promoting children's emotional well-being.
