* Manage and nurture a small, specialist primary class environment with high expectations.
* Implement effective strategies to support pupil progress and well-being across all areas of learning.
* Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and external professionals.
* Maintain open and constructive communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
* Regularly assess and report on pupil attainment and developmental milestones, informing future planning.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in primary education.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* Understand and effectively implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in practice.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills within a specialist primary setting.
* Be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Show adaptability and resilience when meeting diverse learning requirements of pupils.
