About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a supportive school environment in the vibrant Milton Keynes area. This pivotal role involves providing day-to-day and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN settings. You will have the unique opportunity to work across diverse SEN provisions, catering to a range of complex needs and contributing significantly to pupil progress. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across primary phases to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the individual learning styles and requirements of all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil support.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and progress where required by the school.
* Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and safeguarding at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable teaching experience.
* Exhibit a proven track record of supporting pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain an orderly learning environment.
* Show exceptional adaptability and resilience when working across different school settings and pupil groups.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with staff and pupils.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of primary-aged children with SEN.
