Key Responsibilities
* Support the learning and development of pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher with the preparation and delivery of engaging educational activities.
* Provide focused one-to-one and small group interventions, including for pupils with special educational needs.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
* Help maintain accurate records of pupil progress, observations, and key achievements.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its ethos.
About You
* You possess relevant experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and development drives your approach.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and colleagues.
* The ability to work effectively as an integral part of a collaborative team is essential.
* You are patient, adaptable, and consistently proactive in your support.
