Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver dynamic, well-differentiated lessons that inspire pupil curiosity across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and able to thrive.
• Systematically assess, monitor, and report on pupil attainment, providing targeted feedback for continuous improvement.
• Actively engage in collaborative planning and contribute positively to whole-school initiatives and the broader curriculum.
• Maintain meticulous records of pupil achievement, behaviour, and attendance in line with school policies.
• Develop strong, respectful working relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and staff members.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be ready to commence your Early Career Teacher induction.
• Possess a demonstrable passion for fostering a love of learning in primary-aged children.
• Exhibit exemplary organisational skills and effective strategies for classroom management.
• Be highly motivated to engage in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, colleagues, and families.
• Show adaptability and resilience, embracing new challenges with a positive attitude.
