Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of engaging classroom resources and activities.
* Provide essential one-to-one or small group support, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Aid in personal care routines, promoting independence and well-being among children.
* Observe and report on children's progress, collaborating effectively with teaching staff.
About You
* You possess proven experience working with young children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and effective early years pedagogy.
* You are patient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.
* You are proactive in your approach and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
* You show initiative and can work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or supporting teaching and learning is highly desirable.
