About the Role
A highly regarded school within the vibrant Leighton Buzzard community is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their primary phase team. This crucial role involves providing tailored support to children with a diverse range of special educational needs, fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for every pupil. We are looking for someone passionate about making a significant difference to children's development and their educational journey. This position offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent roles, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual pupil requirements effectively.
* Support the class teacher in managing classroom dynamics and promoting positive behaviour.
* Contribute to monitoring and recording pupil progress, offering valuable observations and feedback.
* Foster an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere where all children feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and external specialists to ensure holistic pupil development.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with various SEN within a primary school setting.
* An understanding of diverse learning needs and effective intervention strategies is highly valued.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach defines your professional interactions.
* You are adaptable and proactive, responding effectively to the evolving needs of the classroom.
