A dynamic school is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential planning, preparation, and assessment cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. You will play a crucial part in ensuring continuous, high-quality learning experiences for all pupils while supporting the well-being and professional development of our teaching staff. We are open to discussing various contract arrangements, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, to find the perfect fit for both you and our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Plan and prepare effective learning activities that cater to diverse needs.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and other school staff.
* Assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and ethos.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate experience teaching across the Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 phases.
* Exhibit strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to different year groups and subjects.
* Show a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community.
