Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils in various classes.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate proactively with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning and pupil support.
• Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
• Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the UK Primary National Curriculum.
• Demonstrate proven experience teaching across a range of primary year groups, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils.
• Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, thriving in a dynamic environment.
