We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a well-established school community. This permanent, long-term position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students across the secondary phase, commencing in September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to a diverse range of students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Maths curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and respect.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student progress and well-being.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider life of the school.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in Mathematics.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional at MPS/UPS level.
* A genuine passion for mathematics and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to young people is essential.
* You have excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high educational standards.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* You thrive within a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to school culture.
