A respected school in the vibrant Shrewsbury area is seeking a dynamic PPA Teacher to provide essential cover across their primary phase. This pivotal role offers the exciting challenge of working across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity and high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. We are looking for an individual ready to embrace diverse classroom environments, providing dedicated support from day one, with opportunities for various contract lengths including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring curriculum coverage.
* Adapt swiftly to different classroom dynamics and year group needs, maintaining a consistent learning environment.
* Implement pre-prepared lesson plans with creativity and enthusiasm, fostering pupil engagement.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to ensure seamless educational provision.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a commitment to primary education.
